Riches integrated AI visual recognition, big data and intelligent dispatching algorithms to develop an adaptive robot picking system and dynamic inventory optimization model. Trained on millions of orders, it adapted to diverse goods sorting needs.
The system cut operating costs by 25% and boosted turnover by over 40%. Riches won 5 technical patents, formed long-term partnerships with Samsung and Adidas, and became an industry technological leader.

2022

Riches established a multilingual technical support and R&D team, deepening cooperation with DHL, 4PX and other international logistics firms. It participated in Singapore Changi Airport's TDSB digital dispatching system as a core technical supporter.

After two years of R&D and scenario verification, Riches rolled out the AS/RS + AMR collaborative solution, enabling fully unmanned operations across warehousing, storage, sorting and outbound processes.
The solution was applied in pharmaceuticals and auto parts-including a -20℃ low-temperature pharmaceutical project. It boosted inventory turnover by 40% and was rated "Intelligent Warehousing Benchmark Project of the Year."

2018

Riches integrated IoT and data visualization technologies to launch WMS 2.0, adding real-time inventory monitoring and equipment early warning functions. It also built a warehousing data middle platform for full-link tracking.

2016

Riches strategically pursued "software + hardware" integration, introducing AGVs and intelligent sorting equipment to integrate core technologies with automated hardware.

2011

After three years of intensive R&D, Riches successfully launched its independently developed first-generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). The system realized full-process digital management of orders, inventory and personnel.
